So I purchased a ski with a brand new PMC engine it. The engine still has the stock pipe, so I'm not pushing it to any crazy limit or pressing it for power, but it has given me no problems thus far. It has been two months of riding with probably 50 hours on it so far. I was just wondering what you guys thought of this re manufacturing company? Compared to SBT? Who has experience?

Thanks

go with SBT if possible, I've heard some horror stories about PMC. But if its over a year old and still working, I'd go with it for the right price.

I have already purchased a ski with a PMC engine, so I don't need purchasing advice, but thanks anyhow.

When I was running my Racing engine shop (car motors, Pro Stock, Pro Mod, Pro Comp, Late models, Street stock etc,..) my machinist (WES) went to work there at PMC after I closed the automotive shop to build jet ski motors, he said they would mic the pistons and if the clearence was good they would glass bead the pistons and re-use them....That's how they started with their outboard motor rebuilding. I'm scared to use them for any PWC rebuilds.
