Other painting turf

i wonder if turf can be painted i have a pink blaster seat covered in turf has anybody tried painting turf, i was going to try some fabric spray paint from a craft shop

If I were going to try it I would use plastic/vinyl/carpet dye in a spray can from am auto parts store. Works very well for a lot of odd surfaces. I wouldn't plan on anything like that actually lasting very long though, and I think most will wear off pretty fast.

Hydro turf told me it was paintable

A local guy here has a 750sx that had red turf and it faded in the sun and looked pink, but the turf itself was still in great shape. He bought some red spoof can vinyl/plastic paint and they look pretty damn good again.

paint will color it fine, but make it feel no longer smooth...makes a rough texture...

Paint it, then sand the top off the raised sections, ghetto two-tone.
