I think Imron has limited color choices, but is a really durable industrial coating (I used it on the frame of a LandCruiser that I am restoring. It is also REALLY hazardous and you should use a fesh air supplied respirator with it
If you are doing multiple colors, a basecoat-clearcoat system will be best at hiding the ridges from tape lines but is a little more fussy to work with than a single stage paint. Most clear coats use isocyanates and are also very hazardous to where you should use fresh air supplied respirators. The charcoal filters won't cut it.
edit: you have a guy to spray, so the respirator thing shouldn't be an issue for you....
