Dude your post is kind of funny, I’m not laughing at you but it seems you have watched WAY too much TV! Sharks are not aggressive killers which jump out of the water at passing boaters every chance they get. Sharks are rather shy creatures and are scavengers and opportunistic feeders, usually eating old, sick or wounded prey. Attacks on surfers are attributed to mistaken identity as most surfers sit stationary in the water while waiting for waves AND wear dark colored wetsuits which make them appear to a shark as a wounded seal (Many species of shark’s favorite food). I Guarantee a shark will never chase you down on your ski and nip at your feet, it’s just not in there nature.

I wonder how many shark attacks go unreported? There is probably hundreds of thousands of people in the oceans everyday and how many shark attacks do you here about?

Any kind of sport that is fun is always gonna have an element of danger. Snowboarders have avalanches, surfers and surf riders have sharks, motorcyclist's have soccer moms, motocrossers have themselves, its danger that keeps the hardcore in and the weak out.

something tells me not too many go unreported
maybe the rare missing person that NO One knew where they were and the remains are never found. but otherwise i think most get reported

(AGREE):fingersx: some of our sharks will just sit on bottom, even going over them.. like in 20 foot of water they will just stay still.. right wahoo:scared:
yup... and that was a biggin for sure! Only the 2nd one I've ever seen- the first being a baby hammerhead @ Sebby. I rode right up to him and he seemed unfazed by the ski for whatever reason. Just trolled right along on the surface.
