LMAO ! Kind of funny post ! I was riding with the blfreeride.com crew this weekend and some wavejunkies came up and right inside the inlet right between waves was a 4-5 shark poped up ! Me and another Bl guy rode over and we looked at eachother like did we both just see that... was cool. First time I have ever seen one in the inlet..
when we rode up to it, it snapped its tail and took off !:eek5:

Well if you are going to loose a limb or die, it's better then going out from a drunk driver or not wearing your seat belt.

I would take a shark attack over turminal cancer any day!

i really think its funny people are so scared of sharks, fact is most attacks are not as random as one may think.
i saw a shark jump for the first time 2 weeks ago, just a sand shark but still cool to see. just by the nature of a jetski, noise, speed, and more than one around would probly make a shark stay away. kinda like the relationship between dolphins and sharks.
first time i rode i thought of them, but im waay too busy riding to worry.

Sharks are extremely dangerous for us.
Just think of it, fiberglass, neoprene, aluminum, premix, rubber and human flesh are major ingredients of their food supply.

When i was at the Pensacola free ride i was on shownnuffs ski and i saw two fins in the water, i pinned the throttle and beached the ski like twenty yards up the beach. I turned around to see every one laughing at me, i asked what was so funny and they told me it was just dolphins. Pete do you know what kind of shark it was, whats the temp of the water i want to make it back down their before it gets to cold.

It's usually sand tigers, grays and macos over here.
Oh, and the water is at it's warmest right now, but the air temps start to suck.

I wonder how many shark attacks go unreported? There is probably hundreds of thousands of people in the oceans everyday and how many shark attacks do you here about?

Any kind of sport that is fun is always gonna have an element of danger. Snowboarders have avalanches, surfers and surf riders have sharks, motorcyclist's have soccer moms, motocrossers have themselves, its danger that keeps the hardcore in and the weak out.

I've seen Bull Sharks in Orange Beach, AL a few times riding. But only when there was a huge fishing rodeo going on...

I've seen more dolphins than sharks. And way more Jelly fish than sharks.
