Hot DANG Patrick!!! Now you're talkin!
I've been doing it this way (except using delrin bushings) for about 5 years. The Nylatron stuff sounds like the way to go. Plus the use of a handlepole bolt is pretty sweet too.

It will work on any pole. We would have to get a single dimension to verify, but no problem..

Boris......I really want to pick on your nationality right now
but I will refain nutkick:
But no I don't think it will be ready...got any buyers

I wouldn't be Polak bashing if I were you, we are strong and united (without unity we would be in the dark after a light bulb burns out, you know). Just keep our unity in mind the next time you need something machined.
That language barrier can be a biotch.:sneaky:

Since you mentioned that hull, I actually might know someone who would be interested. He wanted to buy a handle pole early next year but was told that they don't look right on squares.

dont sweat the gang of polaks.....if they start to chase you, just unscrew the nearest lightbulb..

they will all stop to discuss the changing of the bulb, chaos will ensue and you can make a clean getaway

LOL, I tried to get my Austrailian Shepard Mix to change out all the bulbs, I put them randomly on the floor for her to pick up but she keeps putting them in line.........

honestly, she does take tennisballs and line them up in the window seal........ it is funny as heck... it may take a week for her to get all of them up there........

Crap Pat I Thought That I Was Done, once The Pump Set Up Is Finished But No You Go And Do This Well Like You Said Its Like Crack. Thxs Again For Having Borris And I @ Your Shop. And Yes It Was A Long Ride Home With That Polak Ill Do The Bashing For You Dont Worry. Part Looks Killer

Do it twice?That's DooDoo
damn... already bought the umi bearing kit and complete xmetal steering setup... I will prob just run the setup I bought unless there is some great advantage to this new setup.... I assume the advantage is that it wont wear out as quick... I assume I will get equally good performance out of my umi bearing setup until it gets worn out. I will definately be making the switch at some point though...
