Winter refurb/ freshener

Well after a good summer of riding, with barrel rolls and BF's the time has come to show some love to the ski again. Just like every winter, I always say I'm not doing anything next winter!!! HA YEAH RIGHT!! LOL.
Got the engine removed and ready for a disassemble, inspect, and freshining up.
On the very last trip out, I managed to find a nice boulder in the lake with the bottom of the hull, so that was/is the first thing to address. Made a nice mess out of the the bottom.
Next will be a de turf job!!! WOO HOO!!
And then take her under the knife. I'm going to cut the tray out and do a defoam. It gained about 32lbs, so Waterdawg/Waterlogged. I will be refoaming with the polystyrene insulation board. I did this in my SJ and it worked very very well, did not absorb water and is super light.

Here are a few pics thus far. Some damage photos, and the start of repairing. Got this done lastnight. Now that its dry tonight get after it with the long board and some sandpaper. Should be ready for some sealer real quick.

Thanks Chad. I got about maybe 20 min in it so far......This should be a fairly quick repair. Probably take longer, sealing, priming and pulling a blend with the paint than it did to actually fix it.

Repair done

So last night I fianlly finished up this repair. I got to adding up my time doing this and I think I have about 4 hrs totall in this repair. Would of been done quicker but that thing that I call a job kept getting in the way!! LOL.
Here are a few pics of it before paint, and after paint/ and blend. Enjoy :)
