My engine is fouling a set of sparkplugs by the end of each day of riding? (SOLVED)

Ok so today i had a headache with the starter and the bendix being stuck. I opened the starter up and used wd40 and got it spinning again, then same thing with the bendix.
I took it to the beach as soon as i got it started..
It ran amazingly well compared to before for about 6-8 minutes of testing. riding 1/4 throttle for about a minute then opening up to see if it hesitates/loadsup but none of the two showe up, it seemed like it was perfect. It was crisp and very responsive and i could feel way more power from the engine compared to before.. I came to shore and looked at the plugs and they were a nice goldish color.
Then i went for round two and was coming to shore at a pretty slow speed to see what it does and it started acting weird kind of like misfiring or backfiring but not really.
after that I started it back up and when i give it a little gas it just kind of cuts off the engine and turns off. it did this numerous times.
We took the plugs out to see and the front cylinder looked ok and the rear one had smoke coming out of it and the plug was greyish black and seemed like it had water on it at the time.(might just be from water near the thread). I tried starting it several times on the trailer but it didn't even idle well, i adjusted the idle a bit, but it didn't sound right..

when I got home and it was time to flush the engine.. it started right up sounding and idling well, i revved it a couple of times and it revved up nicely.. i kept it running for about 3-4 minutes to see if when it warms up it stars acting funny but nothing, ran great on the trailer at home... I took the plugs out to see if they had water but i saw no signs of water.. One thing i thought of that maybe on the garden-hose it doesn't create enough pressure to force the water into the cylinder. Or it could be a bad head? maybe it twists at high temps letting water in? not sure what to think of this now.

Did you skim the cylinder, are you still using those gree head gaskets
If by skim you mean scrape it clean, then yes. I did this to both the head and the case..
edit: it was not scratched or damaged in any way while doing that. I posted pics of the cyl when it was cleaned
The gasket i'm using now is black

When I saw this I was thinking maybe you don't have water intrusion, I would expect at least one piston crown to be clean, the front has a little clean spot, I would expect much more...

How did you feel about your pisser spray today? Ride long enough to get an accurate read?..

The pissers seemed fine. The one that connects to the head had a constant spray. The other one takes a bit longer to start spraying at idle but once you give it gas it has a constant flow. The engine didnt bog like it did last time so im pretty sure that was the problem.
But what happened today was weird. It was running fine then stopped. In the mikuni manual it says it takes a couple minutes of riding for the adjustments to take affect. Maybe it was my carb adjustments?

Edit: those were fresh plugs. Engine still died with new plugs at the beach. It ran fine at home with the same plugs

I remember i also switched the spring in the carb to the gold 115 gr. what would be the affect? It had the shiny silver one in i think. When it started acting weird half throttle was full throttle it didnt do anything passed that. So im thinking maybe the popoff is too high? Would this cause it to act this way?

I have shiny silver in Mine too, try it
I switched over to the shiny silver and the problem was gone. the high end was perfect from 1/2 trottle to WOT, it snapped very hard compared to before.
The low end was not very responsive, felt like it was rich, so i closed it by 1/8 at a time and ended up closing it 1/4 total. Once I did this OMG! haha i wasn't expecting the engine to be so powerful. It hauled ass compared to when i rode it all this time.. I have no other standup to compare to but I'm pretty sure it's running very good at the moment.
From very low speeds and anywhere in between the engine snaps and has a lot of power.. no hestitation or loading up whatsoever. Next wknd I might close the low end 1/10th more to see if it gets better or worse, but i have a feeling that would be the last thing I have to do for now (other than my tray filling with water).

Be careful leaning it more, the engine will run best right before it fails. If your problems gone consider leaving well enough alone.

Glad your ski's rocking now, you've come along way with that one!!!! Congrats on hanging in their thru it all....... :)
