If by skim you mean scrape it clean, then yes. I did this to both the head and the case..Did you skim the cylinder, are you still using those gree head gaskets
The pissers seemed fine. The one that connects to the head had a constant spray. The other one takes a bit longer to start spraying at idle but once you give it gas it has a constant flow. The engine didnt bog like it did last time so im pretty sure that was the problem.When I saw this I was thinking maybe you don't have water intrusion, I would expect at least one piston crown to be clean, the front has a little clean spot, I would expect much more...
How did you feel about your pisser spray today? Ride long enough to get an accurate read?..
I switched over to the shiny silver and the problem was gone. the high end was perfect from 1/2 trottle to WOT, it snapped very hard compared to before.I have shiny silver in Mine too, try it
