Flat water follies

Getting my 96 SJ ready to get back out on the lake. Just got it last year and it was stupid fast, now that I have some hours under my belt it just feels pretty fast. Looking for a little more juice as Im gonna be trying some new tricks this summer. As it sits now its a stock 701 with a machined head, jetted carbs and a riva pipe. After market prop also I believe, not sure what cut. This is a flat water boat only so Im trying to keep the weight down as well. Been poking around on the forum looking at different options, so far the 760 re-sleeve option looks pretty good. I just came across the WDK GP800 swap also, looks like a decent option. Just wanted to get some more opinions on the matter. Plus, I dont want to spend an arm and a leg on this either. My buddy has an identical ski to mine, we bought them from the same guy together with a trailer. It is crucial that my ski be faster than his, as that is how I roll :bigok: Any input would be much appreciated.
