Custom/Hybrid Matrix Pro with Dasa power.

Its been awhile since I have posted anything, work has been crazy and internet access had been scarce.

Months back I was doing some research on what hull I was looking at buying for a flatwater freestyle ski. I ended up ordering a matrix pro through bobby. As for the motor I went with the 1100cc dasa stroker.

The build includes:
Trinity composites matrix pro
Dasa billet pv cylinder and head
Spec ported
Billet stroker crankshaft 84mm stroke
Kommander spec ported
Power factor pipe
Twin novi 48mm carbs and manifold
Complete msd TL ignition
2gal jaz fuel cell
thrust ez trim

will post more pics.

Freak to a matrix what's the deal

I built this for a fellow X member in Canada... Got it built & now tuning before it ships...

Matrix is a nice riding ski, stable & with the -4 hull it will be fun to ride... Chris is going to let me ride it for a few days before it leaves.

Before anyone asked the ???

Its not a Superfreak & I'm not comparing these hulls... Not trying to be a dick, I know where this thread will go if we start comparing...

I think Chris is just so happy to see his ski coming together, be a long time in the making

Tubes and grips were supposed to be red. They will be changed shortly. I've just installed the stitched mat kit on my gf sxr. And after riding with the new matting I think I'm going to change the matrix to hydro turf as well.

Thank you!

It's like riding with no grip IMO ... I was thinking today man this mat kit has my feet aren't staying in the holds all over it, lol

I never did like those stiched kits. Way too smooth and they never finish off the edges near as good as a good turf job will, especially if they can get the sides done in one piece, including inside the footholds.
