I don't know the new owner or have any opinion of him but I do know that it will be very hard for him to try and fill the shoes of Paul and Jr. Magoos. The first time I called Magoo's Paul answered all my stupid questions then my first time going there Paul answered even more questions. Very helpfull, a very nice guy,good work at a good price.

and I might get beat out of winterizings, but I still did what was right and welcome him.. it is a small sport and what is between paul and the X-partner is just that... We can still all ride... and he I think he needs to show some respect, to people here that cant go to pwc.. and also to clear some air !

If I had an issue with you, I took it to PM where I could speak about it in private. What's with you trying to dime me out and make me look like a jerkoff? This is what bother's me about this site. How could I be one sided? If I was one sided like you stated, I would be 100% pro Paul and say F Mark. Have I said anything close to it? Not in the least. What you may call negative may actually be people responding to FACT and previous experiences with this guy...... I dont know him, so I cannot voice a good opinion, I can respond to how he tried to accuse Paul of doing shoddy work, and then when he posted copies of reciepts, they did not even match the ski that the work was the point of accusations.

Re-read my PM's to you. They were all neutral. I never said you personally said "F the guy". What I'm saying is the attitude from a lot of supporters (people on X) of Paul are saying "F the guy". That's what I'm saying.

Doug, I think your best bet would be to call Paul and talk to him. Then call Mark and talk to him and make your own decision. Thats the only way to end all speculation. With any ugly situation involving lawyers, there are things that cant be made public. Paul is a private person and I'm sure he doesnt want his personal life dragged all over the forums here or at pwctoday. Talking to people directly is the only way to get straight answers.

See I would agree with you 100% but I don't want to bother Paul or Mark with this stuff honestly.

As I've said since post 1 on this thread, support people who are in this small niche market. If your personal experience with them isn't anything worth revisiting, then move on and go to someone else. Don't bash a person before he opens up his doors for business based on hearsay.

I just read your response as an insult to each and every member on this site.......... something that you may not understand, these members, they are not strangers, we all will do anything to help each other out..... I consider all my friends, some more so, go as far as to call them family......

and to make sure of something, when I post, I post as me, a member and not as an Admin, when I post as an Admin, I will usually put my name at the bottom....................... Agreed Kahuna. My point is this.... draw your own conclusions from your own personal experience, not from other's. Becuase the topic in question deals with Paul, it's touchy because he has a lot of support from this site. If someone comes on X and talks smack against Riva, I'm sure a lot would state they don't like dealing with them as well. If someone reads the post and decides not to use Riva for their motorsport needs, they are going on someone else's experience. Although it can be a guide, don't use it as gospel. User personal experience as your guide in life.

Possibly true. But what transpired in the past didn't personally happen to you, or me, or most of the people here at X. It's like an 'attack' on one is considered an attack on all. It shouldn't be that way. Paul straightened out that matter over a year ago. It's water under the bridge.
