Do it twice?That's DooDoo
Went to Salt Fork Lake last weekend just messing around... Jetskee (Chad)brought out his helmet cam for a few minutes... here it is:

video is a little shakey because the water was pretty choppy and he was taping while sitting in the tray...

I just bought a pretty nice mini dv camcorder so hopefully I can post videos with some more tricks and stuff after this weekend or sometime soon...

Just FYI...

This was recorded with one of these $100 camcorders:

ACT2K Waterproof Camcorder

They don't do bad for the price. All it requires is 2 AA batteries and an
SD card. The quality of this clip is actually reduced as I rendered for 320 x 240 for the web...it films in 640 x 480.

The only sucky thing about this camera is the mounting options. It has a rubber strap to go around a helmet, which works OK for casual riding,
but the first barrel roll attempt peels it right off your head. If I want to get
serious using it as a "first person" view camera, I'll need to rig something
else up. Most of that video is unwatchable, though, so I may not bother.

And, it IS waterproof, but it DOESN"T float, so I have a piece of foam duct-taped to the back of it in case it does fall off.

Yeah, let me add to the "sucky" list about this camera.

That camera has NO viewfinder (why would it?) so when you hand-hold it,
just you aim in the general direction and hope for the best (which is why
some of the footage is turned at a 45 degree angle).

But, it's still cool to have a little self-contained camera you can take anywhere.

I am just now getting over my sunburn from that day. My shoulders were fried.

ive never had luck with the straps that come with the camera. zip tie works the best for me

visor. wedged a piece of bmx bar grip to hold camera tight and help with the vibration. it doesnt feel like the camera will slide out and sink, zip tie holds well
