Wow... This is quickly extending well beyond the reach of my wallet. I was hoping for a lightweight hull that I could just swap everything from my 750X2 into.. but with the need for a driveshaft, pump and whatever else goes along with it.. WOW!!

Not even a week after these hulls were announced, and I'm already well over +$1000 into yammy parts.....lol

hey crab is this the type of hand warmer u were using on x2

What's up Mario .
I tried something like that and was not pleased with the results .
your better off tapping your bars and than drill holes where your fingers are so the water comes out directly UNDER your hands .

I do this to my ski's and also put a valve inline to control flow of water .Works nice and no water spraying in your face and such .

All right back on topic. I can't wait to see these new X2's pimping

Hi guys how are you this morning.
You can order the x-2 hull with what ever you want. if you want it yamaha like shawn is getting i will build it for you. If you want it kawi i can build it for that. The driveshaft we got to work is a stock part. I will have the part # later today for you guys. To set one up for all yamaha parts it the smartest thing because first it is cheap, easy to find on ebay, and most of all reliable!!! We are also going to be making a kit to mount the pump and midshaft of a yamaha in a stock X-2. But at this time i have no plan on making brackets to bolt a 701 into a stock x-2 hull. hopefully this helps

Do you have a parts list for major components needed for the Yamaha version (engine platform, drive, pump, etc)? I have a B1 with 61X engine I would consider scavenging for parts and just curious what will be interchangeable, if anything.

For the x-2 yamaha version you would need the , complete motor with bedplates and electronics, bpipe is a MUST stock pipe will not fit, inter shaft, pump and (VXR driveshaft) dont get shaft yet still not 100% thats what shaft it is will know tomorrow yamaha dealer is checking but is a oem part. All the B1 parts will be good minus the drive shaft and stock pipe.

I may try and fit my type 4 pipe in with the 61X also, but it will require a bump on the left side of the hull.
