O.k, she lasted a long time...But I'm having to work on my wife's ski a lot lately. So here it is......("my ski" thread is how I keep track of what I've done) ...So, this is more for me than for anyone else...lol.

2004 Super Jet. Bought new from Riva in September 2003.

1. B pipe. Yes, she got one b4 I did. Poor rinsing/maint rotted her stock exhaust.
2. Rule 360 bilge w/ wamilton switch.
3. Removed choke flaps & installed primer.
4. Removed on/off/res switch
5. Ground down hull ribs to accomadate stinger. 1/4" rubber buffer installed on hull wall.
6. Replaced bad OEM starter with after market...(2006)Again (2011)
7. Installed JSS modded coil thru Jetmaniac. (coil is still good, but I have low confidence in the 8 year old wires.)
8. GP800 motor mounts
9. Riva 0-degree bars
10. New ODI grips
11. Skat Trak 14/22 cut-back impellor.
12. New SBT impellor housing with delrin liner via Jetmaniac.

When mama hits the green button......it's gotta go! lol.

All else is bone stock...that I can think of.

So does this mean Jen will have a riding partner again soon? She keeps asking if the water temps are high enough yet, lol.

Well, mama got my Riva 0 degree bars....she didn't want to give up the stock plastic pad thing, so Idok hooked us up with the mx style pad.

It's not a good idea to dump an entire can of sea-foam into the tank. As much as I like the product....
She won't ride when the water is cold. (under 72). It sat way too long with that sea-foam and gas.
I had to ride it last weekend just to burn it out. I hate the stock length pole and the lack of footholds. Totally unconfortable to me.
But....it pisses me off how good it runs now. lol.

Pulled her pump today. Wear ring is wasted as well as the stock impellor....oh well, got a little over ten years out of them!
Getting a brand new wear ring and using a skat 14/22 cut-back that's been laying around. Racing prop, I know. But, I used it while mine was at impros.....I was really expecting it to be a dog but it worked well.
Gotta get hers right before I really dig into mine.

Not likely that I'll be riding before spring.

Installled pump today.
The SBT wear ring worked well. However, the delrin liner is not pressed in; by design it seems. It is loose to the hand prior to install. The lip that is on the OEM housing is not there. The lip is formed by the plastic itself upon install (pushing up to form the lip that the pump seal fits around.
Makes me wonder how easy it is for water to get behind and start swelling.
The best thing is that it's done!

Now I can start on mine.
