Yep! I'm glad the glass work is gonna be pretty easy.

Just finished the pole. Gotta make some minor adjustments for the shortness. Nothing big.

Got the epoxy today from Sanoman and also got all the parts from Jetmaniac. Everything looks great.

BIG THANKS to accbr! For the advise about adjusting the pole for straightness with the hood etc... b4 riveting. Wow. Nothing is square on a superjet. No matter where you measure from. I started out at -2", but might have ended up around -2.5 after cleaning up my pathetic cut, which might have been an excercise in futility in it's self because of the lack of squareness!

Even the pole bracket looked crooked after I installed it.

Won't be riding this weekend... but soon after.

Holy Crap!!!!
The coupler removal from the crank shaft is no joke!

Couldn't get it to budge, even though it was taken off and put back on about a month ago.

Did the "rope in the plug hole" thing. Ended up cutting the old coupler with a dremel....carefully...
After a few hours I wanted to smash the whole thing with a sledge.

Finally, with the help of some chisels hammered into the groove cut by the dremel the damn thing broke off.

No damage to the crank. But ...I don't throw wrenches....but I was ready to throw something!

Lawn-darted my SXR a bunch of times with no damage except I lost the front bumper...

Lawn-darted my Trinity EVO a bunch of times really hard with no hull damage at all except the nose piece cracked. The hull seems indestructable...
