Lake Erie Surf Report: Cleveland

:cool2: People from the Rock N Ride have asked me to post when there will be good waves in Cleveland. I will keep this updated periodically if there are waves predicted.

Tuesday 8/7/06: 2-4 footers. Winds NE at 10-15 mph. Should be killer. Mid afternoon will be best. Waves should be spread apart pretty far and decently smooth. Great day.

Friday 8/11/06: Winds ENE at 15-20 mph. Waves 3-5 feet. Prime Prime conditions. Waves smooth glassy and spread apart.

Saturday 8/12/06: Winds ENE at 15-20 mph. Waves 3-5 feet. Beautiful conditions. Waves smooth glassy and far apart.

seemed to be 4-6 footers when i rolled in but they were hectic and messy
ene makes a much cleaner wave at this beach

looks good but most of us from michigan will be at wave rave this weekend. looking forward to coming down some other time though.

Rock-N-Ride waves were 3-5 and messy.. I won't be out on Saturday. My band is playing. Otherwise I would be at Wave Rave. I'll be at FSF fo sho.

when are we gonna get those glassy 3 foot rollers like we had that on april day 4 or so yrs ago, that was the closest to ocean rollers i have ever seen.
see what you can do about that

NE Winds at 10 to 20 mph shifting to ENE in the afternoon. Swells should be 2-4 feet, glassy and spread apart. Prime day for riding. 75 degrees and partly cloudy. Water Temperature 79.5 degrees farenheit.

You Cleveland boys need to rip it up!!! We've had a killer wave season already here on the North Eastern end of the Lake, but the last week has been nothing but flat flat flat. Sucks!!!!! Get some pics guys...
