Surfriding JetManiac/Blue motor build for FP2 australian hull

[JetManiac]

Alan from OZ is building a new FP2 hull with a black bottom and white top with orange graphic...

which leads us to his new orange JetManiac/Blue motor build.




This motor is absolutely good looking! Metallic orange with Black ADA girdled head. It is a fully Blue ported freestyle motor getting JetManiac modded intake/carb/VF2 reed package in addition to complete JSS modded ebox and stator, #zero lightened flywheel, Cold Fusion black billet flywheel cover, and JetManiac minty starter, bendix, and assembly.




Alan is going to love this setup.

almost positive he paints them he was explaining to me the gun they use it hard to get inbetween where the pulse line on cases are

This is such a clean build. JetManiac core electrics were sent to JSS for their full redo.

First full ebox and stator that we have had done by JSS for a build ,and all I can say is wow!

Super clean and sano.



Matching #zero lightened oem 62t flywheel and Cold Fusion black billet flywheel cover, JetManiac minty oem bendix




Stator and ebox look better than new. Ebox is epoxy painted and even has rubber bumpers on the back so you dont scratch paint when you set it down.

JSS coil, JSS battery and ground cables, and JSS wiring harness round out the electrical redo.

Ebox is getting MSD enhancer.

Intake build

Started with stock intake for oem 38's. Removed old reeds/cages, bracket, and SS plate.

Cleaned intake, then sand and bead blasted.



Installed new gaskets with VForce 2 reeds/cages setup.



Completed intake ready for install...
