Does jss offer a warranty? A ground broke loose on my jss "bullitproof" stator due to a ty solder joint. I tried calling but haven't heard back yet. Just wondering if anyone on here knows

I tried to contact them for questions. It seems Email is the best way to get ahold of em.

I had the same thing happen....secondary ground? Never even ran it....just picked it up to move it from one hook to another one day and it fell off!

I told him I was sending it back and never found time to send it...

He said it would not effect performance...I don't know if he planned on charging me to fix it.....

He's always made things right with me. You may have to cover shipping at least one direction though.

Yes, they will stand behind their work. They are very busy and hard to reach by phone, but email will be answered.
