Got a pair in Jan 08 and the velcro fastener that goes around your upper ankle for support is already seperating apart from mine and a friend's pair. This product is poorly constructed....think I should write them ? they are aprox $75.00 worth of junk !! I need to post a pic later for u to see...

I was never happy with my jet pilot or slippery shoes... after two pairs I went a diffrents route...

There other gear rocks tho!!

wresting shoes work great i got nike wrestling shoes at nike outlet store for 25 dollars have had them for over 1 year no wear and tear

they're working out pretty well - quick drain, really good traction on wet surfaces, rubber toe so you can use the top to grip. and they're under 50 if you can find your size. i found some in kawi greeeeeeeen!:biggthumpup:

jet gladiator boots work for me. not the zipper kind. the zipper will keep falling down on you.

if you guys are gonna wear something on your feet why dont u guys wear a high quality surf bootie instead of some junky dive booties that barley last a season??..then you can actually swim because they dont have a hard sole

just some ripcurl 3mm or whatever..make sure you get tall ones or they will get blown off...the only thing is they dont have any padding ont he top of your foot for the footwells..but i guess wrestling shoes dont either??

I actually have some similar to that... but they were made for diving. THe ones you posted probably fit tighter and better

If you get the surf booties dont get the split toe - i wear those to surf and on the jetski my toe was constantly getting pulled out by the pump

???..the split toe are way better...much more grip and feel...i dont know what u mean by them getting pulled out by the pump??

another reason to ride barefoot ...with the split toe at least you can pinch the end of the bootie between your toes in case it gets folded over or something...ive never like round toe booties but i dislike anything on my feet in the water but i like split toes the best

I don't like riding barefoot. Beaches are some of the dirtiest places.

This years hydro-shoe is crap too. They used to have a decent drawstring but this years version the drawstring is dental floss thin elastic and there's no way it will last. Since the drawstring is so thin and stretchy there's no way to get them tight enough, and the plastic clips at the end of them broke off the first time I wore them.
