Yes-I finally own a SJ!!!

Little rough around the edges, nothing I can't bling out, bottom of hull is nearly perfect which leads me to believe Brian 100%-this ski has been neglected its entire life which is easy to fix. The positive side is I really don't think it has any hours on it due to the condition of the bottom of the hull.

98 SJ w/ADA girdled head w/35cc domes, type 4 dry pipe(Riva), 38s w/choke plates removed and obviously re-jetted, stk CDI w/mod done/adjustable rev limiter, Riva junk flame arrestors, reeds intake and intake spacer plate, UMI steering, bars and KVPI trigger, custom footholds:sneaky: , smooth turf on tops and sides and grooved turf in tray, 13/16 Solas Concorde setback 3mm,
Worx grate, R&D Dominator plate.

No offense taken man-I know I've been talkin bout it toooooo much, I guess I was tryin to convince my self it was the right thing to do-Hell, all yall been sayin to go Blue ever since the day I got the SXR!!! Just took me a while to break down and do it-and finances to line up and star and moon re-align-blah blah freegin blah-anyone thats made the switch knows what I'm sayin.

Now I just got to get REAL GOOD, REAL QUICK or look like a total azz.

ps. Dont put taucetis of AF flame arrestors on stock carbs- no point, only lets in MUCH more water than the stock arrestor does. stock is beest with 38's!

I hope like hell u do-cuz then I'll hop on Cheryl's SXR(my old one) and u can teach me to roll a SXR, once thats done, sell the SJ, Buy Cheryl a new SXR and take my SXR back.LOL After all-it's my pipe dream to roll and flip a SXR.

OK-to heck w/the cowasaki, I've ridden the Thompson's SJ's on many occasions-I hate to really try stuff on their ski's-cuz they are 'their ski's'.
It's sooooo much easier to stab a SJ. Now it's in the house for the minor
make over.:arms:
