Intake Grate for sxr ?

Iam interested in the worx . is it a toploader? i heard good things about them, but if they work so well why are you selling it ? what is the new and better one?

From experience, the worx plate is trash.

I ride the R&D and it hooks up well enough for me. I have heard the Skat and TBM are better, but havent tried personally.

You have a trade-off to consider though. The Worx plate will probably end up being the fastest in flat-water, but won't hook up well in chop. The Skat or TBM will be best in the roughest conditions, but will be slowed in glass. Thats why I went with R&D. Its right at the middle-ground.

My Worx bites like crazy when you let off the throttle. I like my TBM better.

that makes no sense. The worx is the least aggressive grate.
It's great for stock boat or just rec riding but on a limited or open a skat or tbm is better.
Shonuff must ride like a girl if he thinks the worx brakes harder than a tbm.

 I call it like I see it.

They all should be SX-F's !!

I enjoy my TBM grate / R&D plate for racing and TBM grate / D cut Plate for Rec riding you can slide it but its more work.. I do lose 150 rpm with the R&D plate in the straights but i stay glued in the corners.. I have a Jet Dynamics Top loader with the single rail im going to try with the D cut to see what thats like.. ( note: fit and finish of the Jet Dynamics was sub par on the grate I got )

next trip to the lake im going to bolt on the stock as well to sell if DJ is on to something
