that cop is a good reason why us firefighters and ems call police blue canaries... they like to rush right into sheit without thinking... and the result... you can see it on the video... thank goodness for the citizens helping him out or he would have had some explaining todo how that quad came up missing...

i can think a few watercraft cops i would have like to of seen in that position so I could brap them a few times on the way by... eventually I would help him...

Just seen a great story on CNN. Somewhere South of Galveston some people who refused to evac and then had to ride out on their ski's, two peeps on a Yam couch and 1 on a RN...then when the dude gets to dry land he stops, opens up the storage compartment on the couch and pulls a dog out. Priceless!

hey korn it was frigigin nasty out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rip current running like 12+ mph and the first break was near impassable, even on skis. the outside on 1 side of the pier was spacing out and looking better yesterday but not the best of conditions.

like to know who the riders were as well.

i was thinking gino stayed behind for gustav, if he was flooded out and had nothing to do could run serches on the sj and then report stranded peeps to the rescue teams
