Guys n gals, I'm trying to rack my brains here and think it's time to get some suggestions. My current place of employment is going to fold, it's official and I only have 15, maybe 17 working days left to make some basic hardware for the SJ. I only have access to a worn out old manual lathe and an equally if not more so worn out old manual mini mill. If you had only 15 working days to make some hardware, whether it be for your ski or garage for working on the vehicle, what would you try to make in a quick fab concept? I have full permission to use whatever supplies I need to make I as much as I can for myself. I have a couple of small thoughts like a hitch receiver mount plate for a small bench vise, a bearing push tube for the rear bearings on my truck, a few push blocks and cross member press blocks for my new manual hydraulic press. I'm hitting a wall on anything else. Anything time consuming now is going to eat away what little I have left to pound out a bunch of quick and easy items. If anyone has a drawing of a pump alignment tool I would be game to attempt that. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
