If you ride it and the head is leaking, it's gonna blow....
If you ride it and compression is really that low in the one cylinder, its gonna blow...

If your tester is working properly, you either need new o-rings or you need to rebuild (at least top end). Don't wait until you take out your cylinder, cases, and crank, then it will cost you 5 times as much to fix. A top end is relatively cheap...

i jUst have a hard time believeing that i would not even know the comp is so low i feel if i put it in the water and it runs ok then i should be fine i may be wrong but thats what i would think

Loosen all head bolts and the girdle nuts.
Remove bolts and nuts plus washers, then take the head off. But be careful to pull only on the head and not the cylinder. (I don't recall if the Wammer head uses girdle studs only or a 2-part system like the Riva head)

I assume you have some sort of drypipe that wraps over the top of the head?
If so, you'll need to remove the chamber.

Well i got the head off and the first pic is before i took it off it has a hole by the carb is there supposed to be a bolt there or not. The third pic this thing inbetween the cylenders is loose dont know what that is im guessing it needs to be tightened up. The Fourth pic is a white milky substantce guessing a water and oil mix. And the inside of the cylender looks like its all moldy is that ok? The Fifth pic is of the cylender and piston the piston looks like it has hard black depost on top and the cylender walls maybe have scratches not sure. The last pic is of the head and the o ring that fell out. Well you guys take a look but thanks alot for the help in advance.

Looks like you got some scoring in that one bore, but it might just look that way. Run your finger around the bore and feel for scratches. The entire bore should be very smooth.
The lose thing is the sacrificial anode. You can tighten it back up or take it out, it doesn't matter.
The missing head bolt is a big deal - that could have caused some cooling water to leak past the o-ring into the combustion chamber.

As long as the dome surface is smooth and doesn't have pieces embedded in it or looks all cratered - the head is likely ok.
You need to check out the scratches on the bore. That is not ok and could well have been caused by a leaking o-ring. The intruding water can wash the oil film away.
