I've had tygon fuel lines on my skis for a couple of seasons now. They had started to discolor a bit with their age, but only slightly. Last week both my skis sat on the beach of lake michigan for a week, sometimes unattended. When I got them home last night and popped the hoods, all of my fuel lines had (over the course of this week) turned completely opaque and almost an offwhite color. This is a major change from the translucent yellow they started the week with.
I'm a little weirded out by this sudden change and am wondering if this is maybe a sign of some sort of (possibly intentional) gas contamination. Anyone seen anything like this before? Am I crazy to run the rest of this suspect gas out of them??
