Hi guys thought i would post some new pics and updates of my boats and what i have been working on.

1 - the new infusion mounts - all skis now have all the mounting hardware completely infused , this has taken alot of hard work and moulds to achieve and now makes my boat stronger than ever before

2 - chin pads , i have now made some new chin pads

$6500 US dollars to America major airports , Turfed , stickers pole bracket scupper(optional) some guys dont like them :) Cold fusion Hood locators and double Hood seals - weight is around 105 pounds , i can make them lighter but these are surf hulls built to last as i have had no failures in any of mu hulls so far after 2 years of punishment

tested and proven

Jason 184 - thats an awesome questions , if the sales increase I will manufacture the hulls in america as i already have a manufacturer lined up , but as i am small and very customer focused it will be direct , lead time is around 4 weeks at current , at this stage i will be airfreighting the hulls direct , ross champions will be airfrieghted next week so the first FP1 will be over there in 2 weeks which i am excited about , as it is summer here i am concentrating on making some adjustable lifters and a front foot hold and as it is summer approaching here, any questions just pm me or i am on skype as freestylepete.

I have several customers now all of which are happy with my product and will answer any questions positive or negative as i can even learn things , my aim was to build a ski that would last for years so far they are all holding up well.

cheers

The infused mounts look awesome! Are they brass? I think you addressed the biggest potential problem in many aftermarket hulls: the inserts. Aluminum inserts is not a good choice IMO for anyone who plans on installing and removing the pump assembly repeatedly, IE: fine tuning prop and nozzle combinations. I've only assembled two AM hulls, but both had aluminum inserts and I'm terrified of stripping them out. Awesome job!

yes mine are all sealed brass inserts and the motor mounts are fully infused so unless the glass separates they are never coming out , to date i have had none spin or come out or strip …..2 years running the old saying you get what you pay for … if a customer wants for an extra $195 i can do all stainless inserts , i get them custom made will last as long as the hull and no corrosion ever with SS …. but brass is the next best thing just use lots of lactate and or anti seize and like OEM will last forever

Awesome job. OEM quality in an aftermarket hull. Attention to detail like that will hopefully change the game and builders won't just throw a chunk of soft aluminum in their hulls, drill the holes wherever seems like the right place, all while expecting aluminum to hold threads in an application it should not be used for.

Great looking ski. I saw Ross's, he offered a ride, but I never made it down that way to actually ride it......... Found out the hard way, I am really out of shape!!!!!!!! Good luck with these!!!!!!!!!!!!

chin pads are $295 that includes fabric covers or $195 if you want to turf it yourself … but its pretty hard LOL they are longer than the RRP nina pad and cover the steering bolts , i would say $35 Freight (sorry guys australia is a long way away LOL

absolutely amazing surfriding hull. me and missus got some at the end of last year after trying every other a/m out there and being absolutely blown away with the build quality and ride of the fp1. you will not find a tougher ski on the market hands down :D IMG_1343.JPGIMG_1344.JPGIMG_1348.JPG
