This rad flywheel had the same wear on it. a bit on the taper too, i ran it because i got it free, i ended up loosing the front seal/bearing after 15-20 hours, the flywheel was covered in oily residue when i open the cover. i swapped cranks out and put in a new oem seal, and after 5 hours, hydrolocked that crank. i then opened the flywheel cover to find more oily residue. At the time, i was doing a job for a machine shop and brought the flywheel in. a guy spun it to clean up the edges but exposed the magnets on half and didn't even start cutting the other side. he brought it back to me and told me that somehow this thing is not centred to the hub. i threw it in the hole and buried it. since i have put on a lightened stocker with the same seal and it is finally clean under the cover. Yours could be out of balance and it rubbing as it vibrates. maybe check your front bearing if you can.
