pump shoe was tacked in place just not for good when i aligned the motor up.i will put the pump shoe in last that way if it needs it it can be shimmed and seal up perfectly.and cooling lines are in now just werent in for the pics

Just a small update since this is a surf boat i put a layer of 1708 biax from top to bottom from the firewall to the back of thehull.and also laid up the footholds today.this wk i will be installling the footholds and double checking to make shure the hull is sealed up.i got carbon comming this wk for the front of the hull.im gonna do 2 layers of 1708 biax just over top the motor mounts and a layer of carbon on the bottom and sides to make it nice in their.

I got he nose reinfroced and the sides.all i gotta do yet is put the strap mounts in for the waterbox and tank and the battery mounts and put a layer over the bottom to make it look good inside

after reinfrocing the nose with 2 layers of 17ozbiax and foam. and a layer of 17oz from the firewall to the back and a layer of 12oz from the firewall foreward and tex from firewall foreward it weights 67lbs.This wk im working on gettin the footholds in and gettin it ready for paint.

yes 2 layers of 19z carbon over the mounts then a layer of texelium over the bottom.

Thanks also everyone! I got alot done over the wknd i got the footholds in the ex tube in and everything sealed up.only thing left to do is gotta make a mold off an 04 hull for battery box,waterbox and fuel tank strap mounts and make up a panel to epoxy down in the front.after tha gonna do like i said carbon over the mounts and tex to tie everything in.paint it turf it and send it down to her new dad
