On Eric Malone Enterprises site they advertise 150hp and a 210hp standup... I can't even imagine that kind of power

With the mods done in the "TECH" section here what is the HP most guys are getting too? 210hp seems almost unbelievable!!!

Eric is running with 1000cc snowmobile cylinders and probably big bore Ski/Sea Doo pistons.......There's a lot more technology in snowmobiles. He has these skis precisely dialed in.
I was fortunate enough to be able and ride his ski last year at Nationals. It's more power than I could use, and I never thought I would say that. My skill level isn't high enough to utilize the power. It was just insane. It launches you into orbit! His EME800 would be a better set up for me.
Who knows what the actual HP is.

I used to think differently, but I'd say most people with pipes/etc have in the 100-110 hp range. 130 is a very strong boat, 150 is super strong, above that is crazy and few people can handle/utilize it for it to be a benefit.

What was your previous guess? In the 90 hp range? I always get asked, "How much hp does your ski have." I say around 100 hp?

Actually his cylinders are custom made, similar to a Lamey...........

while using the Polaris bottom end.

the power is real and the numbers are acurate . ride one and you will think it is more . most full worked sj dont get 150hp and the 800 is right there . the 1000 is an arm ripping 210 hp about 1/3 throttle brace yourself because you are about to be launched . you would thing your big bore lamey was a stock ski compared to the 1000 no joke for most the 1000 is unrideable that is why the 800 is there and the price is not as high as you think i believe the 800's are now around 25,000 that is not bad in comparrison to what others are charging these days . custom hull total loss ,rrp pole , custom dry pipe ,special novis, . if you ride one youd want one too.

I wonder how reliable that 800 is though... probably needs torn down every winter.

depends on how its setup.......im sure EME will detune it slightly if thats what the buyer wanted...

I dont know if these ski's come setup for race or pump gas...
