That's it.

Honestly, I've watched Cuong, EJ, and a few other guys use it - and if they can't break it, it ain' t gunna break for you and me.
I got one laying around I gotta install.

the attachment point at the pole bracket seems to be the weakest link.

is it just singed holes thru the poly?

or is there something stronger there I cant see?
I have a piece of flat SS bar with a hold drilled through it to clamp it down tite, I just also ran it over the bolt as well so it can't come out. I also spread the fibers rather than drilling or cutting them so they won't loose strength.

Allright, I've finally decided to avoid drilling holes in my new Diablo hood. There was a thread a little while back with pics and info but I can't find it.

Hook us up with some contact info.

I was thinking that exact same thing. I got the same hood and would rather keep it nice and clean instead of drilling holes in it.

put some turf on the hood where the latch would go. the only problem i had with this system was on big throwaways if the ski landed on the side it would move the hood over a couple inches in the rear.
ej includes a little plastic peice that keeps this from happening but i didnt want to drill my hood for it.

That whole white gelcoat area on the hood is getting turfed.
