179 now and going down. Looking for 175.:Banane01:
Just came across this thread and thought what the hell.
Jan. 2007, 256 lbs, 42 inch waist
Aug 2007, 207 lbs, 36 inch waist
Completly changed my diet and started going to the gym 4 times a week - 60 to 90 min a time.
Now feel better than I have for 25 years and am a lot stronger.
Has made a huge difference in my endurance and strength.
I admit there are days that the last thing I want to do is drag my ass to the gym but drag it there I do.
Eating healthy has become the norm now, don't hardly miss the junk food at all.
Anyways, just my 2 cents worth.

Holding at 179 work weight with clothes on and after breakfast. This is after a week at Disney with the kids and the wife. Seafood buffet all you can eat.
40 years old 32“ waist 5’ 9” with a 42-44 inch chest. I would still like to get down to 173 and see how I feel. Hard with work, kids baseball, Brother –in- Law in ICU. But I will keep at it.
Wife and kids going down the shore for a week so I can really work on dropping the gut next week. Wife away, BEEEEEER.
