that thing is shot...see how the rubber part is separating from the housing? it leaks air and will cause cavitaion....you can replace with any ROUNDNOSE superjet housing..but you will have to change the shafts

That is the Mid shaft bearing housing. From your pictures, I see that the rubber dampener is separated from the outer shell housing. It appears to be/or will be bad very soon. I would replace that. You will most likely have to replace EVERYTHING (Bearings, seals, etc) in the housing except the midshaft. A press is needed to do the job so if your not very mechanicly inclinded you will need a shop to do the work. As far as the cosmetics, Salt water use over time corrodes the raw aluminum on the housing. When you replace the housing, If it doesn't come painted, hit it with some kind of epoxy based paint to minmize the corrosion.

Pic 1 shows that the rubber dampener has separated from the housing. On a new Housing, the rubber dampener is vulcanized to the housing and cannot be separated. That thing is bad and is trash. Be sure and paint your new one (if it doesn't come painted) and also coat the mounting bolts with Anti seize before installation.
