i did too...
i was taking the battery out of my SJ
put the cable hold down screws on the carb filters
swapped the battery (3rd dead Dekka battery this year)
screwed in the battery cables with new screws
got all excited, started the ski... and watched the other screws disappear into the ski somewhere LOL

man... ever notice how those carbs shake like crazy lol

fishing time for me later to retrieve them

yeah i know...
aint it amazing at what turns up down in the galleys in there?

sometimes i wonder how the F did that get in there in the first place
and other times its like ohhhh thats where it is

When I do that, my bilge pump has a way of finding them and locking up!

luckily one was on the intake and the other right by the pump
