I've got one.
It's okay considering the price. Good value for a hood.

Mine doesn't fit quite right. One side lines up with the hull, the other sticks out a bit. Sealing isn't the best.
It's not much lighter than stock (14lbs vs 18lbs). Some have issues with liner separation (mine included).
Mine has some cracks, but has held up pretty damn well considering the abuse I have thrown at it over the past three years.
There are better hoods out there, but they're quite a bit more expensive.
You get what you pay for I suppose. Overall I am happy with mine considering what I paid for it.

I've had a diablo hood for some years now...

As Matt said, you get what you pay for, but overall i'm happy with mine...

I'm not rough on my ski what so over, so it has held up pretty well. The liner is starting to separate on my friend's who purchased his at the same time I did.

Mine had some air bubbles right under the gel coat that pushed through with a light touch of the finger.IMG_0718[1].jpgIMG_0717[1].jpg

Personally I would not have one. See to many that were falling apart........... Like Matt said, you get what you pay for.

Wammer for me or maybe Toms hood.

I had a Blowsion JK hood, did not like it for hood tricks, but that hood was a tank!

I will add that over the past three years, my hood has endured countless incomplete rolls and backflips, both in surf, on the river, and off v-wakes. It has held up remarkably well.

Matt, mine seems to fit perfectly. What do you think the deal is with that? Think Jeff improved/modified the mold after the first bunch came out?

Mine's taken a beating for sure... and I've had to epoxy the hood liner back in. but all in all it's held up nice. for the price I think it's decent...

although, i would really like to have an old 24/7 hood.

My old stocker weighed 18.5lbs. That included the fire extinguisher holder, but not the fire extinguisher itself.

My Diablo weighs 14.5 lbs.
