Sorry Shawn I only have trim reductions setup for trim...
i was there sunday riding. i was the guy (younger) with the fx1. i got there just as the older guy with the fx left. ill definately be out again this weekend.
spoiled bastard with those conditions all to yourself!!!
Im waiting on a few small parts from Art and Thrust. If i get them soon and my new motor starts up i might head up to break it in !
I have to swap the reduction nozzle out on the Rickter at the beach tomorrow....but ya I'll be there any day you want to come up.
Jealous man...i just spent the weekend riding surf and now I can't wait til Surf Slam. Another four weeks!
I'll try to be out this weekend... will be my first time in the surf in over a year if I do make it though. So, I'll be RUSTY.
Hey, im not sure where youre staying or anything, but i live about 10 mins from the jet ski zone. if you need a garage, tools, or anything else while youre down here, let me know. you can also flush your ski out too if you want before you head back home. im not sure what your plans are, but im just giving you options.
Is the jet ski zone open during on weekdays?
Thin wall on the bored reduction nozzle can break pretty easy with any impact. I broke one and the steering was just fine.
Hey now, I did ok and didn't break ANYTHING!Huh, interesting. I broke two steering nozzles last weekend.
Well, *I* broke only one. Some other punk (thanks Dan! :biggrinbroke the other. Turns out that putting a SF noob on my boat, with my motor, in 4 inch shallow surf puts that nozzle in danger. Who knew? :lmao:
The one I shattered broke from an over-rotated flip.
