Custom Hulls

I searched for answers but I found very little. I have been reading a lot about after market hulls of all kinds. My question is when most guys are building them do things just bolt right up? Pump, e-box, waterbox, etc are is everything custom. I know guys use aftermarket waterboxes and gas tanks but does all of the major stuff bolt right in? Thanks

It depends on the builder. You can find everything from a basic kit where you do all the finishing work, or a complete hull ready to bolt everything into.

Alot of builders build their hulls to SJ or SXR specs so you can bolt the parts right up. Also most hulls can be build to fit gp800 motors (66e??) or other bigger motors.

But if your wondering if you can buy a nice hull and put your SJ parts into it, then yes. You just need to find a hull setup for sj stuff which is easy to do if you have the cash.

I think the rickter was a straight forward build up, it should be easy build if you had a donor round nose to swap parts from.

XFT also has his hull and has kits to complete the build.

for rickter check my build from the box till the water, the only thing i did is i have built it from the ground up with out a donor ski all brand new parts
