What's the best way for me to route the cooling lines with this ADA head that I just installed and the B pipe? It has dual outlets on the head. One is plugged in the pic. Also where should the flush kit be installed?

Most people run two into the manifold, and two out the head. One of them going to a pisser overboard, and the other going to the BOTTOM of your headpipe. Come back out of the top of the headpipe to another pisser, with a T before the pisser going to the stinger on the chamber.

I have read this fourteen times and it's still not totally clear to me. I've got the head to the stinger/pisser part but the rest isn't clear to me.

If you have only one cooling line coming from the pump (stock):

Route that line into the bottom of the exhaust manifold.
Run one line from one head outlet to a pisser.
Run one line from the other head outlet to the bottom of the head pipe.
Run one line from the top of the headpipe into a T.
Run one line from the tee to a second pisser
Run one line from the tee to the stinger of the exhaust chamber.

If you have only one line comming from your pump you would attach this to the bottom of the manifold (if two lines from pump, connect one to each side of manifold). This water ends up at the head, if you have only one line attached to your manifold you would leave one of the two outlets capped on the head and the other available outlet to the bottom of the headpipe (the piece that says "Factory Pipe". The water will end up coming out from the top pipe at this point, from here you will want to dump overboard, BUT you must use a 'T' to divert some water into the end of the pipe near the waterbox. Ideally you would want a the water going through the 'T' so the majority of the water goes overboard via the pisser and the leg of the 'T' gets dumped at the stinger (tip of pipe).

If you have Dual cooling in place (two lines from pump) take the cap off of the second outlet from the head and dump that overboard through another pisser.

Search and you will find plenty of diagrams....

i don't run a flush kit... i just keep a piece of hose with a hose adapter (basically a flush kit that I keep in my trailer box). I unhook the lines that comes off my head that goes straight overboard and plug in my loose flush kit... Flush and then remember to hook back up the cooling line.
