how do you post to youtube in high quality?

i always have to downgrade the quality or framerate from adobe premiere when i upload to youtube

It has to do with the MB you can upload. This video was short enough that I didn't have to lower the quality. It automatically did it in 2 formats for me.

When I do longer videos, I have to cut the quality.

if you use the multi video uploader you can upload a video over 100 mb
