Can you hear your Kenny Keepers?

After a winter rebuild of my freestyle 750 SX I hear this strange clink noise when I land hard. Is this my new Kenny Keepers or should I keep looking elsewhere. I don't remember leaving any bolts laying in the bottom of the bilge. I wouldn't expect spare bolts in the bilge until the end of the season:haha:

Gotta be something else I would think. I have never heard anything from my keepers...

have heard that before...sometimes the bedplates will rub on them...check em for scratches..

mine did too when I got them. I ended up having to grind them so there was a little more space between the motor and the keepers

mine actually have about a 5mm gap between the keepers and the bed plates. Do you think my motor slid back a little? Should I pull the coupler cover and check the coupler gap?

I thinks thats normal I got mine right when they came out or they sent me a crappy pair because with my motor back all the way and the keepers up all the way they were still hitting

i dont have any but if i did i think they would ask me to go easy on them every now&then

Found my problem, my ecwi solenoid had broken loose and was bouncing off the pipe.

mine have some wear marks,
i seriously doubt i can hear them though
i don't hear them on her SXR

nonetheless, i think they are a worthy investment

I can hear mine with just the motor idleing and I had to grind a large amount out of them too.

Well I cant' hear mine, but they are seriously dented from striking my bedplates! Something about tearing the nose off my ski half a doezen times..........
