beach tote tire leak

i have a big foot tote and one of the tires has several slow leaks on the side wall from cracks due to age.

what would be the best way to remedy this? i have thought of using a inner tube from a mower tire but they are $25 from lowes and i'm not sure how big of a deal it would be to get the tire off and back on the rim. or if it would even work.

anyone ever have success with fix a flat or similar product?

or other ideas.

(and this tote is for sale if anyone is looking):spam:

try some green slime and leave the tire on its side.

yeah the valve stem on the other tire was it's problem, but this one it's the cracks in the side wall. sprayed soapy water and had lots of bubbles.

too bad that guy didnt update with what he tried and how it worked out.
