Okay I finally smoked some stuff out of here and have some disposable income again,so now I am on a mad parts ordering spree to get the parts in and finish my X2 before the freeride,for some reason it always ends up this way.ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!:damnit:

Ok I got one side of the bottom sanded,filled and primed yesterday,should finish it on up today hopefully,I found a large crack near the intake bolt and some moron had put non stainless bolts in the intake grate as well.One broke off but I was able to remove it and I fixed the crack so its all good.

Don't you HATE that? Only bad part about these vintage ski's. We have YEARS of morons owning them before us.

T bolt clamps came in two are really too big but should work ,two are too small and won't work but will work on the other pipe and two are perfect,parts ordering time again I guess.

About two thirds of the hull is done and painted,I have paint going on one end of the boat ,fiberglassing on the other end,several coats of epoxy-microbaloons going on in the middle,hood is being worked on and some parts are now in primer.I will be glad to see it all white again.Parts are still coming in today and possibly tomorrow if I have to I will overnite something today.

The hull is white.ITS NOT PERFECT OR EVEN CLOSE TO PERFECT FOR THAT MATTER BUT IT IS WHITE,NO MORE SANFORD AND SON SKI FOR ME. :biggrin::woot::woot::woot:
