This Whole entire sport, jetskis, standups, sitdowns, whatever, is about Having FUN ! All of this is a waste of time...
Everyone should be respectful... Just because I have almost been run over by some sitedowns out the inlet by some morons, does not mean I hate my wife when she follows me around on the sitdown... Come on !
I think that we are all out to have a good time ! <--- PERIOD ! :cool2:
If there is a someone that has a problem with more people coming to the site, sitdown or standup ! You got issues ! Its all about learning and Fun !

i dont think anybody has a problem w/ more people on the site. i certainly dont. if its just all about fun on the water, why not invite bass fishermen, ski boaters, kite surfers and such? theyre about as relative to a standup as a couch as far as form and function. i know, they share some common parts, but so what? im wouldnt start posting on a vette forum just because my caddy has the same engine.
again, its not a matter of better or worse. theyre just different and should be treated as such.

I'm staying outta this couch/stand up thing.. already been there once on pwcyesterday and not getting into it again. I think this SBT thing has made my skin a little thicker and more resistant to some of this stuff.
Anyways... Aaron, np, and yes as a matter of fact I talked to Randy some yesterday about the ski and some other things. We're discussing a possible leak in the cooling system somewhere (internally into the exhaust). I may be testing out another pipe/manifold here shortly to verify.

For me it is all about boater education, I dislike couchers b/c most take the boat off the showroom to the lake and have no idea about boating laws. This makes them VERY dangerous and gives us a bad reputation. This is not something that is limited only to PWC as fishermen and powerboaters also can fall into this demographic (uneducated). Because a stand up is more difficult to control more care is taken when riding.
However, I still consider them equals. I just wish there was mandatory boater education for all watercraft.
