Anyone talk to John at jetskisolutions?

I have been trying to contact john since tuesday. My coil arrived on monday early afternoon and I still have not heard from him at all(left a voicemail on tuesday, called yesterday and today just to see if it was done). I spoke with him last week about sending this coil in(said it would be a couple days), so I dont know why he is not returning my calls?

Im just losing patience because I dont have a standup to ride and this will be the second weekend in a row of not having a ski.

Any suggestions?

yeap,shop somewhere else.i placed an order about 5 or 6 weeks maybe more and i still haven't heard either.last we spoke,he was toooooo busy to take care of it.like $400.00 worth of junk i needed.i guess it was too small to bother with?

Man has always been good to me. Even on tiny little orders like a dozen connectors. I haven't ordered anything in almost a year though I bet.

Its been 2 years for me, but everything has been super fast usually(bilge switch and hood seal). I figured it would at least ship out today and be done.

the way john does his work is first come first serve.

he has every thing lined up and he opens a few boxes and works on the oldest stuff first. i got my coil done a few months ago and he was swamped with work back then and im sure hes super busy right now. so you will just have to be patient, he didn't contact me until it was finished and wanted to get paid

He is hard to get ahold of but he usually gets back to you within a couple of days. John is a good guy and I'm sure this time of year he is swamped.

As stated above, he gets work out as soon as he gets to it. I've had very short turn-around time and my recent order was slower than the last but it was made good. John is top notch, and keeps very busy.

Yes I did. Told him I would send it the same day I took it out(wedensday the 6th of june).

I know he's been flat out busy lately. I usually shoot him an e-mail and he'll get back to me when he has time. I think that last one took 3 days or so.

Be patient, he'll get back to you.

why didn't you just drive over to jetcrafts and have Mike check it out? It takes like a minute to check with an OHM' meter. And he could have ordered you one and youd be back on the water by now.
