I heard the anouncers today saying it was an all Bun podium. Was there a protest that moved Ashcroft up? (or down?)

no protest, they were just wrong with what they announced. This was taken from the original final results print out. The announcers have not been very good to the freestyle competitors.

Yeah, I kinda noticed. "OOOOOOH!!! he did a 360!!!, I mean he spun around!!!" and "OHHHH!! backflip!" were comical outbursts by the anouncers. I loved the 35 second disertation on the "ball buster" name.

That might be a hard list to compile. Ashcroft uses a Wamilton hull, if I remember correctly. The top few Japanese riders are all Bun sponsored.

I believe that Ashcroft is the guy that borrowed a ski from X Xcream!!! How cool is that? That has to be one awesome ski-borrow it-not familiar with it-and then come in 2nd at WF? WOW!!! I am impressed!

Those are the types of things that really motivate peeps to wanna come out to world finals next year. Especially those guys that drove from the East Coast.
