it happens..not to mine yet but ive seen it happen before..thats why you dont paint you ski all pretty like that

i prepped mine really well used 5200 and removed the screws..no problems yet and my ski takes a beating

Is that the front or rear? Looks like the front. I have seen them pull apart on the rear, that's where the suction force is.

Pulled them out because that's what everyone else did :dunno: That is the front. I was a bitch putting them on my ski since it cuts in so hard in the front. I am so depressed right now. I can see why you guys rattle can these things. :17:

I have glassed / epoxied many on and have never had one come loose, I have however seen alot of 5200 / screwed on ones come off or coming off. Lot more work, but sure looks better in the end. There is just not enough surface to 5200 them on IMO.

I guess I am gonna put stainless steel screws in them and hope that they look fairly descent :dunno:
