A little advice on mods...please

I mentioned in another thread that I just picked a stock superjet. I have been trying to research what mods to do for my type of riding, but would love a little input.

I want to leave the motor alone for now.

I need a list of suggested bolt on mods for low end punch.

I am mostly a lake rider. I don't plan on backflips...yet:smile: but do lots of jumping.

I see that most of you prefer the B-pipe...is there a particular reason for that? (My hubby has the Riva dry pipe on his SJ and really likes it.)

Best prop?
Ride plate?
Other?

Thanks for any and all suggestions.

more reliable.............

You could get by with Prop, grate, plate, bars............ maybe get a head, bump compression........... Those would help you a good bit.

Creative RE Purchasing
In my opinion there are too many personal opinions that people have to tell you the best of the mods you listed.

The best prop in my opinoin and many other people's opinin is a Solas Concord 13/16 3 mm cut back (or 13/17 3 mm cut back). Can be purchased through IMPROS, or Blowsion has some also.
Ride plate is a personal preference, but I really like my protec medium length plate.
B-Pipe for sure, best bottom end out of any other pipe.
Do some basic mods first in my opinion, get a bilge, 0 or 4 degree handlebars, intake grate, leave the stock flame arrestors (they are the best for keeping out water), and a primer is good also. Just my $.02.

Okay...I only ask 'cause I can Riva parts at cost. :frown:

Are there specific settings that need to be done on the B-pipe?

Thanks...I don't want to be a pest...I have quite a bit of $$$ to work with from the sale of my SXR and just want to make sure I don't waste it.
