701 intake manifold question

I'm building a 701 using my 6m6 bottom half and crank, and using a 61x top half and cylinder. Will my 6m6 intake manifold and reeds work with the 61x? I assume it won't, just need to know for sure. Thanks.

Thanks thats what I figured. Anyone have a set of 61x reeds/cages they would part with? At a reasonable price?

The 6M6 will not bolt up to the 61X cases. The bolt pattern is different.

OK thanks. My bud says he has in intake manifold, now I just need to score some reasonably priced reeds/cages.
