That is normal for Chris, he can be hard to get, but remember, friday was the day after thankgiving, I would imagine he was out of town.........
You can go about this several ways, you can order a regular set of mats from HT, but be sure to tell them you want the full sized sides, not the ones that go on a stock SJ, and ask them to send you some scraps to put in the bottom section of the footholds, or, you can order just the sides and a full sheet of turf and custom cut the bottom so that it has "ears" to fall into the foothold, or just order a full sheet of turf and custom cut the entire kit..........
Here is a hint, order just the sides and the sheets, use the sides and make a template, then later on, all you have to do order more sheets and you already have the template for the sides!!!!!!!

The Wamilton Hydroturf kit looks the same as the 24/7. When I do get new mats I will make a template for sure. I think I am going to call 24/7 one more time.
