Highly doubt its a 44mm carb as the wetjet 46mm carb and manifold have slightly different mounting pattern, so a normal 44 will not bolt on. That's what I've read.

I just pulled the carb off again to make sure which one it is. Turns out it is a 44. The machined step is just under an inch long. That does mean it's a 44 right? Here's a pic.

Not all wetjets came with a 46 carb and Westcoast manufactured intake manifold. The duo 300 came with a stock 61x manifold painted gold, and a 44 carb. I can tell in one of you pictures that the intake manifold on your ski is a normal 61x intake manifold.

Ok thanks that helps. So should I go with b pipe jetting? Is the b pipe jetting meant for single or dual 44? Also when it says High speed screw 1 2 , what does that mean? 1/2? 1-2 turns? Thanks again

Edit: Just called factory pipe and they said 1 2 is 1 1/2, and 2 2 is 2 1/2. Guess ill just go with b pipe jetting

Sure, give it a try or search on the forum for someone elses jetting specs using a coffmans pipe.

When someone says "High Speed Screw 1-1/2". that would mean turn the high speed screw out (counter clockwise) 1 and a half turns

Cool. Ok so heres whats in it now.
Pilot Jet = 120
Main Jet = 125
Needle/Seat = 2.0
Spring = Shiny silver? I've read thats 65g?
Pilot screw = 1-1/8 turn
Main Screw = 8/10 turn

So it seems the main jet is really small? Also with that N/S and spring combo the chart says I should be getting around 18psi pop off. I got 30 psi when I tested. I also noticed that the N/S aluminum arm is worn maybe? Don't think its supposed to have a hole in it. It is worn where the needle rests on the arm. Thoughts?
Thanks

It could be a dull silver or platinum spring, which would give you 25psi and 32 psi, respectively. Hard to tell which color it really is unless you have all 4 spring types in front of you or you are very familiar at looking at them.

I believe these are the specs that factory pipe recommends with a b pipe and a single 44 carb.

Main Jet : 145
Pilot Jet : 120
High speed screw : 1 1/2 turns out from closed
Low speed screw : 2 1/2 turns out from closed
Needle & Seat : Stock
Spring : 95 gram

Got parts in about a week ago. Runs great now just a little rich. Both high and low. Approximately how fast should it go? I don't think its getting full rpm's. Probably should lean it out a little. Also if I fall of the left side of the ski and it tips to the left, if I try to go again it acts as if its running extremely rich. Wont go fast at all. To get this to go away I have to hold it wide open for probably 40 seconds. Then its back to normal. Any ideas? Thanks
